Terms of Service

CVAccelerate is an AI-powered platform that helps job seekers analyze, tailor, and generate job-search content from their CV and target job descriptions.

Features include: job-fit analysis, tailored CV generation, cover letters, recruiter messages, interview prep, LinkedIn profile audit, application tracking.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. You must provide accurate registration information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.

You may not share your account or use someone else’s account.

You must notify support@cvaccelerate.app immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

New accounts receive 5 free welcome credits.

Each paid action (analysis, tailored CV, cover letter, recruiter message, interview prep, LinkedIn audit, premium template export) consumes 1 credit.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pro Monthly is a recurring subscription with 200 credits per cycle.

Refunds happen automatically when an action fails server-side.

Unused credits do not expire while your account is active.

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

You agree NOT to:

- Submit content you do not have the right to use (e.g. someone else’s CV).

- Use the service to generate content for fraud, misrepresentation, or harassment.

- Attempt to bypass rate limits, jailbreak the AI assistants, or extract our prompts.

- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or rebuild the service for a competing product.

- Use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation.

You own the content you submit (CVs, JDs, answers).

You own the AI-generated outputs we deliver (tailored CVs, cover letters, etc.).

CVAccelerate retains ownership of the platform, prompts, models, and aggregated, anonymized usage data.

AI-generated content can contain errors, inaccuracies, or fabrications. You are responsible for reviewing every output before submitting it to a recruiter or employer.

The "invent" features explicitly allow the model to generate plausible content that you have not personally verified — use them at your own discretion. We disclose every invented item in the honesty notes; submitting fabricated material to an employer is your responsibility, not ours.

CVAccelerate does not guarantee that using the service will result in interviews, offers, or employment.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability.

We may take the service offline for maintenance or updates.

Third-party processors (Supabase, OpenAI, Polar, Resend) may experience outages outside our control.

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@cvaccelerate.app.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that abuse the service.

Upon termination, your data is soft-deleted and purged within 30 days, except billing records retained for tax compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVAccelerate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email to active users at least 14 days before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bogotá, Colombia.
